Support for MeowMemo 1.1. MeowMemo keeps each cat's photos, diaries, care, supplies, expenses and health records on your iPhone or iPad.
How do I choose a language?
MeowMemo supports English and Simplified Chinese and follows your preferred App language. On supported iOS versions, open Settings → Apps → MeowMemo → Language. You may need to add another preferred language in iOS first. Existing names, notes and saved diaries stay in their original language.
Do I need an account?
No. Your records are stored locally, and this version has no App account or in-App cloud sync.
Why hasn't my widget photo updated?
Choose a daily photo inside the App, then allow iOS time to refresh the Home Screen widget. iOS controls widget updates, so photo rotation is not an exact timer. If needed, remove and add the widget again.
Do widget buttons save a care record?
They open the matching form. Nothing is saved until you confirm inside the App.
How do I share a diary?
Open Diary, create or edit a story, and save it. Open its share card, choose a design and font, then tap Share. The App creates a PNG locally and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose where it goes. Long diaries use an explicitly marked excerpt on the card; the complete saved diary remains intact.
Which currency and weight unit does MeowMemo use?
New expenses use the currency for your device Region. Each saved expense keeps its ISO currency code, so changing Region does not reinterpret old amounts. If records contain more than one currency, totals are shown separately; MeowMemo does not convert exchange rates. Weight appears in pounds for U.S. regions and kilograms elsewhere, while the saved health fact remains in kilograms so changing Region cannot alter the measurement.
How do I keep records for more than one cat?
You can add up to three cats for free. Use the cat selector on Today or open My Cat → Your Cats to add or switch cats. Each cat keeps separate photos, diaries and records. This version has no More Cats purchase, and existing cat profiles are not deleted.
Are reminders system notifications?
No. Health and supply reminders appear inside MeowMemo. This version does not request notification permission.
Can I recover data after deleting the App?
Deleting the App removes its local data. Keep the App installed if you still need the records or photos. Apple device backups depend on your own system settings; MeowMemo does not provide a separate cloud recovery service.

Health features help you keep your own records. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment advice or emergency medical services.
